M. RUST SHARP graduated from the University of North Carolina
in 1962 and in 1968 from Temple Law School
where he was an editor of the Temple Law Quarterly
. After practicing with Clark, Ladner, Fortenbaugh and Young until 1997, serving as managing partner and chair of its executive committee for 14 years, Rusty became "of counsel" to Pepper Hamilton LLP for two years before joining HTT&S in the same capacity. He serves as a fiduciary for estates and trusts, including one of the largest family trusts in the United States, and is a director of several public, private and non-profit organizations.
