TIMOTHY J. HOLMAN graduated cum laude from Le Moyne College in 1987, and graduated magna cum laude from the Temple University School of Law. Following law school, Tim clerked for the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle, Judge of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Tim then joined the law firm of Duane, Morris & Heckscher, where he worked as an associate until 1997, when he left as a founding partner of Kane, Willner & Holman, P.C. Tim joined HTT&S in 2005, and limits his practice to fiduciary litigation. Tim is currently the chair of the Orphans' Court Litigation and Dispute Resolution Committee of the Probate Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and Tim speaks at Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminars on fiduciary litigation issues. Tim also teaches (with HTT&S partner Jill R. Fowler, Esquire) a class on probate practice and procedure at the Villanova University School of Law.
