KIM D. FETROW graduated from Pennsylvania State University summa cum laude in 1989 and from Temple Law School magna cum laude in 1992, where she was on The Law Review . From 1992 until 1994 she was an associate in the Trust and Estate Department of Duane, Morris & Heckscher. She is a member of the Rules and Practice Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Probate and Trust Law Section and is a frequent contributor to its newsletter. Kim is admitted to practice in New Jersey as well as Pennsylvania.

Kim devotes approximately 20% of her practice to fiduciary litigation.
