JJILL R. FOWLER graduated from the University of Cincinnati magna cum laude in 1990 and from the University of Cincinnati School of Law in 1993, where she was Articles Editor of the Law Review. From 1993 to 1996 Jill was an associate in the Estates and Trusts Department at Buchanan Ingersoll, P.C., in Pittsburgh. After moving to Philadelphia Jill was an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP from 1996 to 2004 in the Personal and Fiduciary Law Department. She was chair of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 2008/2009, having previously chaired the Section's Tax Committee. She is co-author of "Tax Planning for Lifetime and Testamentary Dispositions, Second Edition" with Professor Don W. Lllewellyn of Villanova University School of Law. Jill is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is an adjunct faculty member of the Graduate Tax Program at Villanova University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Florida.
