Sipi Gupta's practice focuses on advising trustees and trust administration and trust planning, with a particular emphasis on guardianships and special needs trusts for minors and incapacitated persons. Her practice also includes estate planning for family members with disabilities.

Sipi is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, the Public Interest and Probate and Trust Law Sections of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Prior to joining HTT&S in 2011, Sipi was a Staff Attorney at the Pennsylvania Health Law Project for four years, serving low-income Medicaid recipients.
