Tim Holman focuses his practice on fiduciary litigation. Tim frequently represents beneficiaries of wills and trusts in litigation involving interpretation of the terms of those legal documents, parties involved in will contests, when the validity of a will is challenged, and corporate fiduciaries in claims brought against them by beneficiaries of wills or trusts.
Tim is the Chair of the Orphans' Court Litigation Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Probate and Tax Law section and is a member of the section's Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Montgomery Bar Association, the Montgomery Inn of Court, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Tim is also an adjunct professor in the graduate tax program at Villanova University School of Law and a regular guest speaker on fiduciary litigation issues for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
Tim has 20 years of litigation experience. Before joining HTT&S, he headed an active commercial litigation practice in the Philadelphia area.
