Margaret P. Oberkircher (Maggie) focuses her practice on trust and estate planning and administration, and estate and gift taxation.
Maggie graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Richmond in 2016, where she majored in Leadership Studies and History. She then graduated
magna cum laude from Villanova Charles Widger School of Law in 2020, where she served as a staff writer and student works editor for
Villanova Law Review. Maggie also worked as a student attorney in Villanova Law School's Farmworker Legal Aid Clinic, where she focused primarily on immigration matters, and worked as a teaching assistant for Civil Procedure and Property Law courses. Upon graduating, Maggie was inducted into the Order of the Coif honor society and received the Reverend Joseph Ullman award for the highest academic achievement in Criminal Procedure. During law school, Maggie worked as a summer clerk at Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager.
