Marjorie E. Gallagher focuses her practice on estate planning, trust and estate administration and estate and gift taxation.

Marjorie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in 2010. She graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2014 where she was Research Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. During law school, Marjorie completed an externship with the Internal Revenue Service and interned at the Temple Legal Aid Office where she drafted estate planning documents. Marjorie went on to earn her Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2015 where she was Graduate Editor of the Florida Tax Review. Marjorie has been recognized by Best Lawyers (2020 - 2021) and by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2020- 2021).

Prior to joining Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, Marjorie was an associate at a tax firm in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
