Holly Rogers’s practice focuses on fiduciary litigation in administrative proceedings, trial courts, and appellate courts. She has significant experience in a variety of matters involving estates, trusts, guardianships, and powers of attorney for clients in Pennsylvania and across the country.
Prior to joining Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, Holly was a litigation partner at a Philadelphia law firm where she handled all aspects of a general litigation practice, with an emphasis on fiduciary litigation and claims before the Orphans’ Court. Holly also clerked for Anthony J. Scirica of the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Holly has a storied history of pro-bono work and is a supporter of the Human Rights Commission and the LGBT Bar Association.
