Madison R. Cooper focuses her practice on trust and estate planning and estate administration.
Madison graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She minored in both Philosophy and Environmental Studies and received a Certificate in Ethics. Madison then graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Madison received the 2021 Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award and the 2022 I.M. Goldberg South Carolina Bar Foundation Award. Madison volunteered as a guardian ad litem through the Law School’s pro bono program and served as Staff Development Editor for The Journal of Law and Education.
Upon graduating from law school, Madison practiced Family Law and then Special Education Law in Montgomery County.
