Melissa Siravo Hensinger focuses her practice on trust and estate planning and administration, and litigation involving trusts, estates, guardianships, and other fiduciary matters.
Melissa graduated summa cum laude from Kutztown University, where she majored in Secondary Education with a focus on social studies education and was a graduate of the University’s Honors Program. Melissa then graduated cum laude from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as a Staff Writer and Articles Editor for the Villanova Law Review, a judicial extern for the Honorable David R. Strawbridge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a research assistant for Professor Tuan Samahon and a teaching assistant for the courses of Civil Procedure and Legal Research and Writing. Melissa also worked as a student attorney in the Villanova Law Federal Tax Clinic, where she represented low-income taxpayers in controversies before the Internal Revenue Service and in the United States Tax Court. Upon graduating from law school, Melissa was inducted into the Order of the Coif honor society. In 2020, Melissa completed her Masters of Law in Taxation at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Prior to joining Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager, Melissa was an associate at a boutique fiduciary litigation firm in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and a trust officer at a large, international financial institution in Newark, Delaware.
