Kim Fetrow's practice involves all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration.
She also focuses on the fiduciary aspects of guardianships and litigation settlements for minors and incapacitated persons—especially special needs trusts. Kim is a recognized authority on the laws governing special needs trusts, and she speaks frequently on the subject to banks, attorneys, and corporate fiduciaries. Her practice also includes estate planning for family members with disabilities.
Kim is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and its Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility, as well as the Rules and Practice Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Probate and Trust Law Section.
Kim has been named a Philadelphia Magazine Rising Star in trust and estate law in 2005 – 2007, based on a legal panel review and general survey of experienced Pennsylvania attorneys. In addition, she was named a Super Lawyer in the same publication in 2010 and 2011. Kim has also been included in The Best Lawyers in America, Who's Who in American Law, Outstanding Lawyers of America, and Philadelphia's Best Lawyers. Kim has also received the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards from LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating.
