Jill Fowler’s practice includes estate planning and administration, advising trustees, and charitable planning.
Jill is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and formerly chaired its Tax Committee of the Probate & Trust Law Section. She is also a member of the Delaware and Montgomery County Bar Associations, Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, and the Florida Bar Association’s Out of State Practitioners’ Division.
Jill is recognized as a Super Lawyer, and was a Top 50 Women in Philadelphia in Super Lawyers in 2020 and 2021. She is also named in Best Lawyers and has an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale Hubbell. Jill is recognized by Chambers and Partners as a Band 2 attorney in their High Net Worth Guide.
Jill was an adjunct professor in the graduate tax program at Villanova University School of Law and a frequent guest speaker on estate planning and tax topics for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. Jill is co-author of Tax Planning for Lifetime and Testamentary Dispositions, With Forms, ed. 2 (ALI-ABA, 2005), an estate planning guide for professionals.
