Kim Fetrow’s practice involves all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration. She also focuses on the fiduciary aspects of guardianships for minors and incapacitated persons and litigation settlements from personal injury, medical malpractice or wrongful death/survival actions. She has an in depth experience working with families to establish and administer special needs trusts for disabled beneficiaries. Her practice also includes estate planning for family members with disabilities.
She is known for her broad understanding of the laws governing special needs trusts, and Kim speaks frequently on the subject to banks, attorneys and corporate fiduciaries.
Kim is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and its Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
