Kim Fetrow’s practice involves all aspects of trust and estate planning and administration. She has an in depth experience working with families on estate planning for disabled family members, including establishing and administering special needs trusts.
She is known for her broad understanding of the laws governing special needs trusts, and other general estate planning and administration and speaks frequently on the subject to other attorneys and corporate fiduciaries.
Kim has been fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel since 2014. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and its Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
Kim has been named a Super Lawyer, and is recognized by Best Lawyer. Kim is AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale Hubbell.
